📋 Description
• Lead and scale India operations across HR, Finance, Admin, and Delivery enablement. • Drive local strategy execution, cost management, and compliance with Indian regulations. • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships. • Build high-performing teams aligned with FIQ’s global delivery and engineering standards. • Partner with global leadership on capacity planning, utilization, and performance. • Ensure operational readiness for audits, ISO / SOC / labor compliance. • Oversee office infrastructure, IT policies, and day-to-day facilities operations. • Represent FIQ India in board and leadership reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in operations, delivery management, or general management within a tech or consulting company. • Proven track record of managing 100+ employees across multiple functions. • Strong understanding of Indian labor, compliance, and financial frameworks. • Hands-on with operational systems (finance tools, HRIS, IT admin dashboards). • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
