📋 Description

• Lead and support WMS implementation and configuration projects • Understand and analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to design appropriate WMS solutions. • Configure core WMS modules (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, Shipping, etc.). • Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop custom logic using client's configuration and extensibility tools. • Support API testing using tools such as Postman and manage system integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/automation systems. • Write, review, and optimize SQL queries within relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL). • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases. • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve functional and technical problems. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. • Maintain high-quality documentation, including technical designs, test plans, and configuration records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems. • Strong techno-functional background in any WMS platform. • Understanding of warehouse operations and workflows (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, etc.). • Solid problem-solving and debugging skills. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. • Experience with API testing tools and system integrations. • Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
