• Develop, implement, and control project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project • Apply project management methodologies and best practices based on PMI and AACE International standards • Conduct performance analyses using the Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology, monitoring schedule and cost indicators • Control and analyze project KPIs, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) • Identify, monitor, and analyze the Critical Path using the Critical Path Method (CPM), evaluating impacts and opportunities for schedule recovery • Develop and execute Time Impact Analyses (TIA), assessing events and changes that may affect contractual project milestones • Prepare and present weekly progress reports, including S-curves, dashboards, and management performance analyses • Develop medium- and short-term schedules, including 3-Week Look Ahead (3WLA) and 3-Month Look Ahead (3MLA) methodologies • Support the project management team through trend analysis, completion forecasts, and recommendations for schedule-related risk mitigation • Ensure the integrity, currency, and traceability of planning and control data throughout the project lifecycle
