📋 Description

• Taking customer calls, capturing incoming leads, taking orders, and scheduling appointments • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, or outreach as required • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts • Support client onboarding, setup, and implementation processes • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems • Maintain detailed knowledge of client expectations, preferences, and service details • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Neutral English accent is required. • 1+ years of customer service experience. • Can type at least 40 wpm. • Passionate about customer service. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to sit for long periods and pass a background check.
