📋 Description

• Lead the month-end close process • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for the French entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and cash-flow monitoring • Prepare and submit statutory reports, including VAT and CIS • Manage relationships with the external accounting firm (expert-comptable) and tax advisers • Support corporate income tax, CFE/CVAE and annual accounts (liasse fiscale) activities • Reconcile intercompany transactions across international operations • Prepare general ledger account specifications and reconciliations • Deliver monthly management reporting to headquarters, including budget-versus-actual analysis, forecasts and commentary • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals • Assist with statutory audits by providing documentation and timely responses • Maintain internal controls and improve local finance processes • Act as a finance partner to local leadership and the Group Finance team

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth or technical environment • Solid knowledge of French GAAP (PCG) and statutory/tax compliance • Knowledge of VAT, corporate income tax and liasse fiscale • Exposure to group (IFRS) reporting is a plus • Experience working with an expert-comptable and statutory auditors (CAC) • Experience managing month-end close in an international, multi-entity environment • Proficiency in ERP systems • Advanced Excel skills • Fluent in English and French • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset • Strong communication and team collaboration skills • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail • Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues • Ability to work well within a team and adapt to new challenges
