📋 Description

• Set engineering standards, direction, and priorities • Accountable for fleet availability and engineering decisions • Lead engineering teams and ensure rigorous root-cause analysis • Communicate trends, root causes, and actions to leadership • Identify improvement opportunities and maintain an improvement pipeline • Manage OEM, supplier, and consultancy relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Proven engineering judgement on complex, multi-brand failures • Track record of leading or managing technical teams • Commercial literacy, able to frame engineering decisions, especially modifications • Comfortable working with SCADA, condition-monitoring, fault logs, and supplier documentation • Willingness to travel
