• Build and format one-pagers, battlecards, and other sales and customer-facing collateral from provided source material. • Support the creation and upkeep of training and enablement materials used across Sales and Customer Success. • Combine and repurpose existing content into new formats (e.g., turning a training deck into a one-pager, or a webinar into social snippets). • Organize, tag, and maintain resources within shared content libraries. • Support administrative communications, including internal announcements and content calendars. • Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate drafting, formatting, and content organization work. • Assist with content management tasks, ensuring materials are current, accurately labeled, and easy to find. • Adhere to all confidentiality and compliance regulations. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Pursuing a B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • Previous experience designing and creating content (slides, documents, PDFs, video editing, etc), including academic or project-based exposure, is preferred. • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable executing against direction; not expected to set strategy. • Interest in and comfort with AI tools, or eagerness to learn (Claude experience a plus). • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small deliverables at once. • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus, but not required.
