• SalesWorks is looking for a detail-oriented, self-directed, and creative problem solver. • This role involves supporting client services in sales operations as a HubSpot CRM Administration Lead. • Responsible for direct interaction with clients related to managing and developing sales and demand generation-related software. • Requires technical platform administration on common sales software like Salesforce.com, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, SalesLoft, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift, Cognism, and ZoomInfo. • Tasks include implementing, managing, and troubleshooting app integrations, designing reports, user infrastructure management, conducting data audits, and participating in development of guides and documentation.
• 1-4 years of experience in an operations function. • Certifications or 2-3 years of experience on CRM or sales enablement platforms described above. • Demonstrated experience with HubSpot and at least one sales enablement tool (SalesLoft, Outreach, etc.) preferred. • Responsive, service-oriented attitudes are a huge plus. • Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and engage in time management. • Strong investigative skills pertaining to operationally defining issues and researching their potential causes and solutions. • At least an emerging interest, if not experience, with the principles of information hierarchy, data structure, and data science. • Excellent communication skills. • Able to describe complex issues in relatively basic terms. • Practices closed-loop communication. • Proactively raises questions or issues to key stakeholders. • Capable of assessing multiple possible solutions to a problem and effectively communicating the risks and benefits of different approaches.
