📋 Description
• Lead the design and development of production AI systems and technical architecture. • Build and optimize multi-model AI pipelines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows. • Establish technical direction for AI initiatives across the engineering organization. • Design and maintain AI evaluation frameworks, observability tools, and model safety guardrails. • Ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and grounded in trustworthy data. • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical implementations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality AI-powered products. • Utilize AI tools to improve engineering efficiency while maintaining software quality. • Continuously improve AI performance, system architecture, and engineering processes. • Help establish long-term AI engineering standards and best practices across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum). • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems. • Proven experience developing production AI systems using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks. • Strong experience building and deploying machine learning systems beyond generative AI. • Demonstrated success designing orchestrated multi-model and agentic AI applications. • Experience creating AI evaluation frameworks, observability systems, and model guardrails. • Strong understanding of AI architecture, system design, and production engineering best practices. • Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required. • Experience fine-tuning large language models is a plus. • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining strong engineering judgment. • Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
