📋 Description

• Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life quickly and effectively. • Take ownership and responsibility for building, shipping, testing, deploying, and maintaining our web properties. • Implement new features and functionality using NextJS and React where needed. • Scope, plan projects, and work with other developers to implement them • Write clear documentation and present technical updates to the team. • Contribute to our internal developer experience (tooling, workflows, etc.). • Occasionally participate in peer programming, mentoring, and code reviews. • Other duties determined by the company from time to time

🎯 Requirements

• You are a passionate web developer who cares about your craft. You are excited to learn and lead projects and want to produce the best work possible • Experienced web development with a strong background in front end technologies • Experience working with Javascript or JS frameworks (React, Vue, AngularJS, Next or similar) • Familiar with implementing server-side logic in Next.js (API routes, middleware, data fetching, routing) backed by database queries or external services. • Familiar with building custom themes/plugins in WordPress, Shopify, or similar, integrating third-party Apps and APIs. • Knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and general development best practices. • Able to clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience presenting your work in a team setting. • Interested in peer programming, mentoring less-experienced developers, and building a positive, collaborative environment.
