📋 Description

• Assist with self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve goals. • Teach and coach team practices. • Implement and support SAFe principles and practices. • Identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility; This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. • Bachelor’s degree (6 additional years of relevant experience would be taken in lieu of a degree) • 10+ years of relevant experience • Experience with Agile environments, principles and frameworks tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure Devops) • Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator • Experience in Extreme Programming (XP)and Kanban • Certification as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
