• Own and lead a portfolio of accounts • Lead strategic integrated marketing and communications strategies for clients • Manage team members to ensure programs exceed client expectations • Cultivate new business • Demonstrate deep commitment to agency growth and contribute to Group Vested platform
• Managed and maintained an annual client portfolio threshold of at least $1M in fees • A deep understanding of the overall financial services industry, with knowledge across buy- and sell-side, banking, capital markets and more, from front- to back-office as well as associated areas such as fintech • Expert knowledge in multiple areas of financial services with the ability to proactively consult clients on marketing/comms strategies based on that knowledge • Successfully managed Agency teams of various sizes and skillsets up to 10 direct reports with a focus on how team members can be motivated at all times to achieve stellar results • Ability to provide strategic client counsel to ensure goals are met - across brand visibility, reputation management, crisis comms, employee engagement and more
