📋 Description

• Handle and resolve Incident and Service Request tickets escalated to the N2 support level • Continuously monitor the availability, performance, and integrity of technology environments using corporate tools • Analyze alerts, events, and operational indicators, identifying risks and deviations before they result in service disruptions • Conduct technical incident investigations using logs, SQL queries, monitoring metrics, and observability tools • Execute operational routines, contingency procedures, and support activities in accordance with established processes • Support continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring, support, and incident management processes • Help reduce recurring failures by analyzing trends and identifying automation opportunities • Perform preliminary diagnostics and identify potential root causes of recurring issues • Record evidence, analyses, and action plans in ticket management tools

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education • Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills • Data analysis • Programming logic • Knowledge of Elasticsearch is a plus
