📋 Description

• Own growth in the German-speaking market, measured on new users, new B2B users and new subscriptions • Develop local positioning and content for German estate agents • Research alternatives, test competitor products and create comparison content designed to win search and AI answers • Maintain and optimize roomsketcher.de in the WordPress CMS • Build the German floor plan gallery with original, search-led German content • Run DACH paid campaigns day to day across Google, Microsoft and Apple Search Ads • Manage ad copy, creative, keywords, negative keywords and landing pages • Improve the path from ad click to sign-up through testing and sharper messaging • Publish German how-to videos with the video specialist • Localize onboarding emails, newsletters and in-app content into German • Answer customer reviews in German

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German language • Fluent English • Previous, hands-on performance, content or online marketing experience • Strong German writing and editing skills, with a feel for search • Ability to distinguish effective AI-assisted text from mediocre text • Understanding of user search behavior • Ability to analyze underperforming campaigns or pages, form a hypothesis and improve them • Understanding of software subscriptions, free sign-ups and self-serve funnels • Comfortable working in a CMS • Unfazed by a bit of code • Paid search experience is strongly preferred • Real estate or proptech experience, freemium SaaS experience, and experience working with AI tools are nice to have
