📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from home via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop lesson-related learning materials in line with the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Select, set up, and use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n • Create, optimize, and evaluate AI-generated media content • Teach the fundamentals and latest trends in AI for media design • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars • Develop innovative learning concepts for Digital Marketing, Social Media, and E-Commerce • Monitor, assess, and independently develop expertise in current AI trends and tools • Support participants in expanding their professional skills and transitioning into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or Marketing • Extensive experience with AI tools for content creation • Demonstrated experience in adult education • At least 600 hours of training experience • Proof of pedagogical aptitude, e.g., an instructor qualification under the German AEVO standard • Strong methodological and didactic skills for conveying educational content • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners at different levels • Independent, structured approach to work combined with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication and teaching skills • Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level) • Expertise in at least two of the following areas: Digital Marketing, Social Media, or E-Commerce • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, Social Media Advertising, Customer Journey Mapping, Branding, HTML5, CSS3, and online marketing law • Knowledge of Content Creation, Video, Reels, Storytelling, Community Management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Influencer Marketing, Media Law, and Branding • Knowledge of data-driven marketing, E-Commerce strategies, marketplace positioning, online shop development and optimization, CMS platforms, web development, and SEO/SEA in E-Commerce
