📋 Description

• Own customer-facing documentation, including release articles, live articles, and outdated content • Publish every customer-facing release article on the day the release ships • Verify published content against the actual product and platform • Triage and resolve feedback on live documentation • Restructure, rewrite, and update older documentation • Create screenshots, screen recordings, and short walkthroughs for releases • Turn feature specifications into published articles • Work directly with the Russian-speaking product team to understand product behavior and identify missing details • Start from AI drafts, fact-check claims against the product, and edit for completeness • Collaborate with English-speaking colleagues across departments to identify documentation gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing technical or product documentation, or tech content • Proven ability to own documentation end-to-end, including accuracy and clarity • Near-native written English (C1/C2) • Working Russian sufficient to source product behavior from a Russian-speaking team • Ability to read technical specifications, follow basic API behavior, and write accurately about it • Ability to record, edit, and deliver clear screen-recorded walkthroughs • Self-sufficiency in applying standards and improving older work • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities • Actively using AI meaningfully in day-to-day work • Deeper REST API and developer-facing documentation experience, editing, product marketing or UX writing, and bilingual Russian/English organization experience are nice to have
