📋 Description

• Own customer-facing documentation, including release articles, live articles, and outdated content • Publish every customer-facing release article on the day the release ships • Verify published content against the actual product and platform • Triage and resolve feedback on live documentation • Restructure, rewrite, and update older documentation • Produce screenshots, screen recordings, and short walkthroughs for releases • Turn feature specifications into published articles • Work directly with the Russian-speaking product team to understand product behavior and resolve unanswered questions • Start from AI drafts, validate claims against the product, and edit for accuracy and completeness • Collaborate with English-speaking colleagues across departments to identify documentation gaps • Build documentation standards and work toward full autonomy with the Manager, Product Documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing technical or product documentation, or tech content • Proven ability to own documentation end-to-end, taking responsibility for accuracy and clarity • Near-native written English (C1/C2) • Working Russian sufficient to source product behavior directly from a Russian-speaking team • Ability to read technical specifications, follow basic API behavior, and write about it accurately • Ability to record, edit, and ship clear screen-recorded walkthroughs • Self-sufficiency and ability to apply standards without hand-holding • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting context and priorities • Meaningful day-to-day use of AI and understanding of where it adds value • Deeper experience with REST APIs and developer-facing documentation (nice to have) • Background in editing (nice to have) • Experience in product marketing or UX writing (nice to have) • Experience in a bilingual Russian/English product or engineering organization (nice to have)
