📋 Description

• Own the Billing product area roadmap, outcomes, and prioritization; define quarterly goals and success metrics. • Partner with Engineering to deliver resilient billing systems (accuracy, idempotency, retries, monitoring, incident response, and clear ownership boundaries). • Improve revenue protection and customer experience via dunning, failed payment recovery, refunds, and dispute/chargeback-related flows (as applicable). • Define and maintain billing domain documentation: data model, event flows, edge cases, and operational run-books. • Run discovery with internal teams (GTM & Product Analyst) and customers to uncover pain points and opportunities; turn insights into clear PRDs and delivery plans. • Establish and track core Billing KPIs (e.g., failed payment rate, recovery rate). • Drive antifraud strategy execution: define priorities and success metrics; partner with Eng/Data to ship realtime protections, monitoring/alerting, and fraud-response capabilities, and continuously improve rules based on observed patterns.

🎯 Requirements
