📋 Description
• Oversee team processes and handle tasks related to the creation and tracking of global and local roadmaps • Set up and continuously improve internal workflows while supporting PO/PMs • Collect and publish key product metrics from teams • Ensure visibility of communications and task statuses by managing dependencies across products and teams • Facilitate timely issue escalation, lead team meetings, and participate in planning and resource allocation.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in project management within product teams • Skilled at working with a variety of stakeholders and managing multiple parallel tasks effectively • Understand how to work with key product and development performance indicators • Solid understanding of how software development works • Strong verbal and written English skills.
