📋 Description

• Oversee team processes and handle tasks related to the creation and tracking of global and local roadmaps, issue escalation, and research activities. • Set up and continuously improve internal workflows while supporting PO/PMs in planning, maintaining documentation, and tracking project statuses. • Collect and publish key product metrics from teams, including data on progress, risks, and delays. • Ensure visibility of communications and task statuses by managing dependencies across products and teams, escalating critical issues. • Facilitate timely issue escalation, lead team meetings, participate in planning and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within product teams • You are skilled at working with a variety of stakeholders and managing multiple parallel tasks effectively. • You understand how to work with key product and development performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven solutions for process optimization. • You have a solid understanding of how software development works. • You have strong verbal and written English skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with the English-speaking part of the team and ensure mutual understanding.
