📋 Description

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules and integrations. • Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality releases. • Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes through manual testing. • Leverage Salesforce admin knowledge (profiles, roles, users, sharing rules, object permissions) in validating test scenarios. • Contribute to test planning, QA framework enhancement, and QA process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA testing. • Good knowledge of basic Salesforce Admin tasks (profiles, users, sharing settings, security model , reports and dashboards). • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, APIs, Flows, and Salesforce configuration. • Experience working through defect identification and monitoring resolution. • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira.
