📋 Description

‱ We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. ‱ Your primary responsibilities are Lead Qualification and Sales Support. ‱ Prospect and qualify leads to ensure they meet our criteria before passing them on to the Event Sales Executives. ‱ Provide support to clients after the Sales Executives have confirmed the deal, ensuring smooth event coordination and customer satisfaction. ‱ Collaborate with the Sales Executives to facilitate a smooth handover of converted leads to the event support stage. ‱ Maintain effective communication channels with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing ongoing support throughout the event coordination process. ‱ Collaborate with relevant team members to ensure the successful execution of events and resolve any issues that may arise.

🎯 Requirements

‱ At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality industry) ‱ Meticulous and great attention to details ‱ Highly organized with good time management skills ‱ Strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentations ‱ Strong command of English ‱ Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment ‱ Proactive and can solve problems independently ‱ Work well with others as a good team player ‱ Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately ‱ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc) ‱ Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, etc) is a bonus
