• You are our “Entrepreneur in Residence” for France. • Your goal: make Funzy the leading brand for play furniture in the French market. • You build structures, test, optimize, and scale. • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • In short: you are responsible for growth. • Serve as the Performance & Creative Strategy interface to our Meta ad agency. • Brief new creatives based on top-selling products in Germany. • Culturally adapt creatives for the French market. • Proactively identify new content needs. • Analyze hooks, creatives, and campaign structures. • Full-stack marketing: build and execute email campaigns (Klaviyo). • Build a structured CRM for France. • Identify and establish initial strategic partners and influencers. • Ensure our Shopify store is not only translated but fully localized. • Optimize user journeys and conversion rates. • Adapt product texts, ad copies, and email flows. • Ensure a consistent brand experience. • Daily analysis of key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, hook rate). • Derive clear action recommendations. • Identify patterns and scaling opportunities. • Independently handle customer support in the initial phase. • Identify customer pain points. • Create SOPs for future team structures. • Document all processes as a basis for scaling. • Full KPI ownership for ROAS and new customer acquisition in France. • Ensure error-free, market-appropriate customer touchpoints. • Build a scalable growth playbook. • Prepare and structure a future local team.
• Business-fluent in French and German; native French preferred • 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment • Strong understanding of Meta ads, creatives, and conversion optimization • Experience with Shopify and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo) • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making • High level of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset • Willingness to be hands-on and contribute operationally
