📋 Description

• Own frontend architecture and technology stack decisions, including state, data fetching, routing, module boundaries, build tooling, and future technology direction • Converge the product’s shared component system and migrate the product onto a single system • Establish and drive measurable frontend performance goals using bundle budgets, Lighthouse in CI, real-user vitals, and Sentry data • Partner with designers on layout, density, motion, hierarchy, and product interaction decisions • Design typed boundaries, lint rules, visual regression tests, and fast feedback loops to make the codebase safe for coding agents • Review frontend changes, mentor engineers, and maintain quality standards across teams in India and the US • Converge two live generations of the workflow builder without halting product development • Design interaction patterns for agents that stream partial results over several minutes • Continue shipping product features while improving architecture, consistency, performance, and release safety

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building production frontend applications • Deep expertise in React and TypeScript • Experience shipping customer-facing products and living with the consequences afterward • Ownership of a frontend codebase, including architecture, build tooling, component systems, test strategy, and release safety • Demonstrated performance practice with measurable results • Strong product taste and ability to identify and explain interface issues • Ability to critically evaluate coding-agent output and build checks for safely shipping agent-written code • Clear writing skills for making decisions across time zones • Comfortable with overlap from 9 PM to 2 AM IST Monday through Friday • Bonus: design systems experience, data-dense or document-heavy products, 0-to-1/early-stage work, B2B SaaS, or LLM-backed interfaces • Portfolio, GitHub, live product link, or description of a web interface built • Production web frontend experience, not mobile-app experience
