📋 Description

• Define and own the HR Mini Master (HRMM) solution architecture in SAP S/4HANA • Design HRMM based on business and technical requirements • Define how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained in S/4HANA • Design and oversee integrations between HRMM, SAP systems, non-SAP systems, and Workday • Define data flows, mappings, interfaces, and integration mechanisms • Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable functional and technical solution designs • Provide architectural guidance to HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders • Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of technical, data, and integration issues • Review solution designs and maintain architecture and design documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and understanding of HR master data and organizational structures • Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA • Strong understanding of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) • Understanding of HR master data usage and integration with S/4HANA processes • Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design • Strong technical understanding of SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration mechanisms • Understanding of SAP integration technologies including APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping • Ability to define interface specifications and troubleshoot technical and integration issues • Experience defining integrations between SAP and external HR systems • Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs • Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders • Experience with Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration for employee, organizational, and HR master data • Knowledge of integration technologies and patterns between Workday and SAP environments • Knowledge of ABAP and ability to understand or review technical developments and specifications
