📋 Description

• Preparing and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation management requirements. • Translating business requirements into SAP TM configuration and functional solutions. • Performing detailed analysis of transportation and logistics processes and proposing effective SAP solutions. • Configuring and testing SAP TM functionalities according to business needs. • Supporting integration activities between SAP TM and other SAP modules, including EWM, SD, MM, LE, and FI. • Maintaining and updating project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, configuration documents, and testing documentation. • Creating Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and supporting technical teams during development activities. • Supporting master data preparation, migration activities, and transportation-related data validation. • Participating in end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support. • Collaborating with global and local teams to ensure successful project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of SAP TM consulting experience and ideally one full-cycle SAP implementation project. • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) configuration and support. • Good understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including: Freight Order Management, Freight Unit Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement, Charge Management, Tendering, Transportation Execution, Freight Cost Calculation. • Experience integrating SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, LE, and FI. • Experience supporting testing activities, defect resolution, and business process validation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent German (spoken and written). • Professional English communication skills.
