📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of an enterprise Infrastructure Automation Platform (Ansible Automation Platform), including platform design, integration, and operational readiness. • Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and approved OT environments. • Coordinate integration with enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, CMDB, Identity & Access Management (IAM), virtualization, and monitoring solutions. • Establish governance, automation standards, operational runbooks, and support processes. • Manage multiple OT security initiatives, including Claroty, Trellix, OT domain onboarding, and OT infrastructure remediation. • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, OT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and external vendors. • Oversee project governance, planning, risks, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting. • Ensure project delivery aligns with IT security policies, GxP requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise infrastructure or cybersecurity projects. • Experience leading automation, infrastructure modernization, or platform implementation initiatives. • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, identity management, and monitoring. • Experience managing OT or industrial cybersecurity projects is highly desirable. • Familiarity with technologies such as Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), ServiceNow, CMDB, Claroty, Trellix, or similar enterprise solutions. • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills. • Excellent communication, governance, and delivery management skills. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation frameworks, or DevOps practices is a preferred qualification. • Knowledge of OT environments and industrial control systems is a plus. • Experience working within regulated industries, preferably Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences. • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
