📋 Description

• Lead IT projects within the Data Domain from initiation through delivery • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate activities across Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes • Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams • Support project governance, reporting, and status communication • Identify project risks and blockers and drive mitigation actions • Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business requirements • Support upcoming project demand across the wider Data portfolio • Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects related to data platforms, data management, integrations, and transformation activities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence projects end to end in complex global organizations • Hands-on project management approach with active involvement in requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities • Experience leading cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and Business stakeholders • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory/compliance requirements • Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management • Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics • Delivery mindset • Experience in Pharma industry is a must • Candidates must be based in Europe • Legal right to work in their country of residence • No relocation package is offered
