📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in laboratory environments • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope • Implement quality assurance processes for IT systems • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies • Ensure regulatory compliance • Lead project teams and drive continuous improvement • Promote adoption of IT project management best practices • Prepare project status reports • Manage vendor relationships for IT quality laboratory projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, focusing on quality applications • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies • Knowledge of quality assurance processes • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management • Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex IT environments • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) • Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance • Experience with Document Management System (DMS) solutions • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources • Experience conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
