• Lead end-to-end SAP supply chain project implementations, from planning through deployment and post-go-live support. • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress against key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed. • Manage cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors; provide clear direction and mentorship to team members. • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues; implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. • Conduct stakeholder communication and manage expectations across all organizational levels, including executive leadership. • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations (FDA, GxP) and organizational governance standards. • Customize and configure SAP modules (MM, DP, PP, SD) to align with business requirements and best practices. • Optimize supply chain processes through data analysis and process improvement initiatives. • Oversee vendor relationships and third-party integrations to support project objectives. • Document project deliverables, lessons learned, and best practices for organizational knowledge management.
• Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years managing SAP implementations or enterprise system projects. • Demonstrated expertise in SAP supply chain modules (Materials Management, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Sales & Distribution). • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations, supply chain processes, and regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred). • Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in complex, matrix environments. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels. • Experience managing project budgets, resources, and timelines in large-scale implementations. • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
