📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end Project Delivery Life Cycle for finance and data-focused initiatives. • Develop and maintain project artefacts, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and governance documentation. • Ensure effective stakeholder management at mid-senior and senior management levels across business and technology teams. • Oversee project monitoring, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery. • Demonstrate strong communication and conflict resolution skills in cross-functional environments. • Coordinate with global and regional teams for alignment on scope, milestones, and dependencies. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational governance standards.
🎯 Requirements
• 9–14 years of total experience • Strong experience as a Project Manager in Banking / Financial Services • Proven experience delivering projects in Regulatory and Compliance Projects • Experience in Finance Transformation (Procurement, Tax, Accounts Payable) • Data Governance and Data Lineage initiatives • Strong knowledge of Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC/SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • PMP / Prince2 certification preferred
