📋 Description

• Fusion Academy is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative direction of our brand and marketing campaigns. • Responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive creative strategy. • Manage day-to-day operations of the creative department and guide the creative team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce innovative and engaging content. • Monitor industry trends for innovation opportunities and build relationships with external creative partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field • 7+ years of experience in a senior creative role • A portfolio showcasing your creative work, including design projects and marketing campaigns • Proven experience leading and inspiring creative teams • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, as well as other design and video editing software
