📋 Description

• Act as the technical specialist during the sales process, translating business requirements into technical proposals, ensuring solution feasibility and alignment with client expectations while balancing efficiency, innovation, and viability. • Gather technical and functional requirements from clients, understanding needs, environments, and constraints. • Develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, solution flows, and integration models. • Support technical presentations, functional demonstrations, and client workshops. • Identify technical risks, integration needs, and potential customizations of the proposed solutions. • Collaborate with the services team to align proposed solutions with the technical roadmap and delivery capacity. • Support the Marketing team with technical information and insights for commercial and corporate materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years' experience in technical pre-sales and/or solution architecture. • Solid knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, information security, and cybersecurity. • Clear technical communication skills with clients and internal teams, and the organization to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
