📋 Description

• Co-create and develop the quality assurance strategy for the product • Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated tests • Actively participate in business and technical requirements analysis • Test distributed systems and verify integrations between components • Collaborate with the development team to create high-quality solutions • Develop and optimize testing processes and CI/CD pipelines • Analyze quality risks and propose preventive actions • Monitor system performance quality and analyze key metrics • Create and maintain test documentation • Support the team in building a culture of quality and continuous improvement in the software development process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Tester/QA Engineer, including at least 2 years at Senior level • Experience designing and executing functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests • Ability to create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation • Practical experience testing systems using asynchronous communication and event-driven architecture, including queues and messaging • Experience testing and automating REST APIs • Experience creating and maintaining automated UI, API, and end-to-end tests • Knowledge of test automation tools such as Playwright • Experience with C# and .NET • Understanding of and experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) • Experience with Git, including branches, merge requests, and code review • Ability to prepare or modify CI/CD pipelines and integrate testing processes using GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Runner, or GitHub Actions • Ability to monitor system quality and stability using Grafana and analyze key business and technical metrics • Comfortable working with relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL) • English communication skills at minimum B2 level
