🎯 Requirements
• masz co najmniej **5 lat doświadczenia** w pracy jako UX Designer • masz doświadczenie w prowadzeniu **projektów end-to-end** • masz doświadczenie w projektowaniu **doświadczeń użytkowników** i współpracy z **end-userami** • potrafisz** projektować i utrzymywać design systemów** • bardzo dobrze znasz narzędzia do **projektowania i prototypowania** (Figma) • znajomość aspektów związanych z **dostępnością** • znasz zwinne metody tworzenia oprogramowania (agile, Scrum) • jesteś komunikatywny, umiesz współpracować z wieloma interesariuszami i w kilku wątkach • masz wysoko rozwinięte zdolności interpersonalne, cechuje Cię samodzielność, łatwość w podejmowaniu decyzji i proaktywność • jesteś gotowy na **delegacje** (warsztaty u klienta - raz na kwartał) • bardzo dobrze znasz **język angielski **(min. C1)
