• Answer calls in a professional manner according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client. • Go into internal professional training. • Be eager to get new professional certifications. • Communicate and report to your team leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters. • Prepared to take notes during a call. • Familiar with specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical fields. • Providing accurate and complete interpretation. • High level of customer service during interpreting. • Compliance with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting. • Comply with technical requirements for home office setup.
