📋 Description

• Design intuitive, high-performance digital products for B2B companies, with a focus on AI-enhanced user experiences. • Leverage AI tools and frameworks to improve the efficiency and quality of the design process. • Develop design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability. • Stay at the forefront of AI-driven product design trends and best practices. • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs. • Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals. • Design for responsiveness and accessibility across different devices and platforms. • Incorporate AI-driven personalization, automation, and predictive features into product interfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on B2B products. • Proven experience designing AI-enabled interfaces or products. • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and design systems. • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Figma plugins, generative design tools) to improve design quality and speed. • Deep understanding of how AI is changing user behavior and interface expectations. • Experience working in professional services or consultancy environments. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. • Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools. • Understanding of coding principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus. • Knowledge of API-driven and data-rich environments.
