📋 Description

• Provide QA support across different projects, defining the right testing procedures and implementing the tests each one needs • Define test strategies and plans for products or projects • Lead test automation and its integration into CI/CD • Drive quality metrics and continuous improvement • Contribute to technical scoping and client proposals • Safeguard software quality through testing, automation, and robust QA processes • Define the QA approach required by different projects and implement it hands-on • Act as the go-to quality reference across supported teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience • Experience in manual and automated software testing • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, pytest, or similar • Strong experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and service-to-service integrations • Experience with API contracts and asynchronous workflows • Experience testing distributed and event-driven systems • Experience with Kafka-based workflows, asynchronous processing, retries, failure scenarios, and service dependencies • Hands-on experience with load, stress, and endurance testing for high-volume data ingestion, APIs, and distributed services • Experience validating ETL/data pipelines, data transformations, data consistency, completeness, and accuracy across large datasets • Knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices • Familiarity with CI/CD and version control • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • English level B2+ • Nice to have: experience with performance and load testing tools • Nice to have: knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured • Nice to have: programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript • Nice to have: familiarity with mobile network KPIs, alarms, OSS concepts, and 4G/5G network data structures
