• Believes in Future Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy • Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world • Has strong SQL and Python skills and experience building and maintaining production ETL/ELT data pipelines. • Has experience designing data models and working with distributed processing technologies such as Spark. • Has experience working with Databricks (or equivalent production experience), AWS and workflow orchestration tools. • Has experience with Git, CI/CD practices and delivering reliable, well-tested data solutions. • Understands data governance principles including data quality, lineage, cataloguing and access controls. • Is comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of solutions while working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Communicates clearly, enjoys working in an Agile environment and has a continuous improvement mindset.
