🎯 Requirements

• Has 4–6 years' experience in superannuation product management or a closely related superannuation role. • Strong working knowledge of superannuation group insurance, including policy structures, insurer relationships, pricing and insurance-related product documentation. • Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to product disclosure documents such as PDSs, TMDs and insurance guides. • Proven ability to manage or contribute to product change projects, including stakeholder management and delivery coordination. • Believes in Future Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy • Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world • **Some nice-to-haves but are not essential are:** • RG146 compliance accreditation. • Experience in superannuation fund operations or administration. • Experience supporting a fund merger, successor fund transfer or other transition project. • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools. • No formal degree required — we value industry experience and capability above academic credentials.
