📋 Description

• Gestire contatti inbound/outbound (telefono, email, chat, webinar) per convertire lead in iscrizioni. • Fornire consulenza sui requisiti d’ingresso, riconoscimento titoli esteri, tasse e opzioni di finanziamento. • Registrare e aggiornare tutte le interazioni nel CRM e rispettare SLA di contatto. • Qualificare lead lungo il percorso del funnel di vendita. • Aiutare potenziali studenti durante valutazione, iscrizione e immatricolazione. • Operare su diversi canali di contatto garantendo un servizio di alta qualità e piena conformità operativa.

🎯 Requirements

• Min. 2 anni in ruoli commerciali nei contact center, preferibile nel settore della educazione superiore online. • Laurea triennale o esperienza equivalente. • Inglese intermedio/avanzato gradito. • Esperienza con CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot). • Orientamento ai KPI.
