📋 Description

• Build and ship MVPs quickly • Work hands-on with LLMs, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows • Use Copilot, Cursor, GPT, Claude, and similar tools daily • Ship AI-powered products inside high-growth startups in fintech, biotech, and next-generation infrastructure • Embed directly into startup teams • Focus on output, ownership, and shipping speed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping real production products • Strong in modern programming languages such as JavaScript (React, Node) and/or Python • Comfort working across the stack • Experience building 0→1 products and owning ambiguity • Already building, experimenting with, or deploying AI products • Actively using AI in coding workflows • Autonomous and detail-oriented • Strong builder mindset • Must be based in LATAM • Current location must be in a country supported by the company’s payroll and compliance setup
