📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, maintain and enhance Golang microservices and frontend applications • Deliver performant, design-system-driven interfaces for customers • Own features from ideation through production • Contribute to technical strategy and communicate architectural decisions • Improve performance and observability of services and applications • Improve team and business quality of life through automation, process improvement or new technologies • Collect, process, verify and serve large amounts of financial data describing cross-border payments • Interact with stakeholders across the business and immediate technical team

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience • Ability to write Golang services and web app backends and deploy them in Docker containers • Ability to build componentised application frontends in React/TypeScript • Ability to write performant SQL • Understanding of clean code principles and TypeScript and Go idioms • Experience reviewing code and establishing team quality standards • Ability to learn and engage with a new business domain and product • Ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical people • Ability to discuss how you learn and improve your skills • Experience with concurrent logic applications, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, AI tools, MaterialUI, Airflow, Python or Terraform is helpful but not essential • Must work US Eastern Time (GMT-4/GMT-5) hours
