📋 Description

• Configure and deploy core IAM framework modules • Manage user onboarding pipelines, automated lifecycle states, and access certification governance campaigns • Design and maintain SSO configurations, federated cross-app connections, custom SAML 2.0/OIDC profiles, and OAuth authorization parameters • Build automated provisioning workflows using system rules, attribute transformations, and API connector scripts • Manage directory feeds from Active Directory and HR systems • Implement adaptive MFA policies, context-aware security profiles, network geofencing metrics, and sign-on thresholds • Govern identity security and access levels through RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege controls • Collaborate with enterprise infrastructure teams on secure connectivity with directory endpoints, internal databases, and downstream SaaS applications • Lead update regression validations and patch cycles • Audit platform custom configurations across sandboxes to prevent authentication processing failures

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of core enterprise IT security experience • 3+ years of dedicated implementation, configuration, design, building, and deployment experience across enterprise IAM platforms such as Okta or SailPoint • Mandatory Okta Certified Professional/Consultant or SailPoint Certified IdentityNow/IdentityIQ Engineer certification • Strong technical mastery of SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory, and SCIM provisioning protocols • Deep understanding of zero-trust network principles, cloud application architectures, security boundary perimeters, and lifecycle tracking metrics • Preferred scripting proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell • Familiarity with Privileged Access Management architectures such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust
