📋 Description

• Lead ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) implementation and enhancement activities • Configure and support ServiceNow ITAM capabilities covering software and hardware asset lifecycles • Manage software asset tracking, license management, reconciliation, and compliance-related processes • Support hardware asset management processes, including procurement, inventory, allocation, maintenance, and disposal • Design and optimize asset management workflows and automation • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions • Provide technical and functional guidance to ServiceNow SAM/HAM team members • Support integrations between ServiceNow ITAM and other enterprise applications • Troubleshoot complex SAM/HAM configuration and production issues • Identify opportunities to improve software license utilization, asset visibility, and process efficiency • Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform enhancements • Maintain functional and technical documentation • Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow platform standards and recommended practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of total and relevant experience in ServiceNow • Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) • Strong understanding of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) • Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow SAM and HAM solutions • Knowledge of software asset lifecycle management, software license management, and compliance processes • Experience supporting hardware asset lifecycle processes, inventory, and asset tracking • Understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and workflow automation • Experience troubleshooting SAM/HAM-related functional and technical issues • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions • Experience providing technical guidance and coordinating with implementation teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and team collaboration capabilities • Availability to work the AP shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills • Experience supporting cross-functional technical and business teams • Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro • Preferred: Knowledge of software license reconciliation, normalization, and optimization • Preferred: Exposure to ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery • Preferred: Experience integrating ServiceNow ITAM with external asset management systems • Preferred: Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub • Preferred: Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITAM projects • No mandatory certifications have been specified by the vendor
