📋 Description

• Develop and customize applications and user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder • Build responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences based on business requirements • Configure Now Experience UI Framework, UI Builder components, Data Resources, Client Scripts, and Client State Parameters • Integrate UI Builder experiences with ServiceNow tables, APIs, REST/Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub • Develop reusable components • Participate in code reviews • Maintain upgrade-safe coding standards • Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, and integration-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• Total experience required: 4+ years • Relevant experience required: 4+ years in ServiceNow UI Builder & Now Experience Framework • 8–9 years of total IT experience • 6–7 years of relevant hands-on technical lead/development experience • Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform, Scoped Apps, and Integration Hub • Demonstrated experience building or integrating with AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols • Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, JavaScript, and Lit Web Components • Excellent mentoring, communication, and code review capabilities
