📋 Description

• Formulate the overarching enterprise cybersecurity strategy and establish information security roadmaps, resource distribution models, and technology modernization goals • Serve as the primary security representative to the C-suite and Board of Directors • Translate technological vulnerabilities into operational risk matrices and strategic business trade-offs • Govern corporate security investment architectures and budgets • Review technical vendor selections, validate ROI on protection layers, and track third-party service delivery margins • Direct high-level incident command response frameworks during critical security events • Orchestrate communications across legal, public relations, technical, and executive teams • Enforce organizational compliance governance structures • Validate protective standards against SEC mandates, global operational privacy acts, and local industry certifications • Mentor and guide multidisciplinary cybersecurity execution divisions • Define career growth targets, performance metrics, and technical skill requirements for security leaders • Lead cross-functional enterprise crisis threat management simulations • Pressure-test internal detection frameworks, continuity mechanics, and recovery pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of total experience • 6+ years of dedicated executive cybersecurity leadership and corporate strategy design experience • 5 to 8 years of core cybersecurity systems engineering experience • 4+ dedicated years actively running complex post-breach digital forensic track assessments • Mandatory certification: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) • Mandatory certification: GCFA, GCIH, or CCE • Strong technical mastery of advanced forensic software environments, including EnCase, FTK, Volatility, and X-Ways Forensics • Experience with memory acquisition tools and packet analysis suites • Deep understanding of NTFS, EXT4, and FAT file systems • Understanding of operating system log architectures, network-layer packet capture parsing, and malware persistence mechanics • Preferred: Experience with ransomware negotiations or high-stakes ransomware containment events • Preferred: Python or Perl scripting for custom string-searching queries or parsing non-standard database application trace files • Preferred: CGEIT or CRISC credential • Preferred: Experience with post-merger information platform integrations or corporate equity restructurings
