📋 Description

• Maintain the consolidated three-statement model across all entities (US, India, Spain), supporting intercompany eliminations and entity roll-ups. • Support the monthly consolidation process in partnership with Accounting and the Controller's organization. • Track risks & opportunities (R&Os) and bridge consolidated actuals to plan and forecast. • Build and refine models supporting capital allocation, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis. • Perform variance and trend analysis and ad hoc analysis to support leadership decisions. • Support Corporate Development on post-acquisition tracking. • Prepare MBR and Board deck financials and investor reporting packages with accuracy and consistency. • Build executive-ready analysis of company performance against goals, budgets, and forecasts. • Ensure consistency of key consolidated metrics across all reporting (TRR, EBITDA, uFCF, integration costs).

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, banking, consulting, or related fields. • Proven use of AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve efficiency. • Strong three-statement modeling and advanced Excel skills. • Track record of accurate, detail-oriented work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
