📋 Description

• Conduct regular code quality reviews of Java solutions, assessing correctness, clarity, structure, code style, and maintainability. Provide constructive feedback and escalate critical issues when needed. • Perform technical evaluations focused on algorithmic soundness, performance considerations, best practices, and alignment with project guidelines. • Maintain clear communication with trainers and QAs via Discord—sharing updates, clarifying expectations, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth workflow. • Monitor contributor activity and manage activation outreach, helping identify blockers and encouraging re-engagement. • Create and maintain documentation, including coding guidelines, checklists, example solutions, trackers, FAQs, and related resources. • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new trainers and QAs, covering Java quality standards, common issues, and review expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of professional Java experience with strong expertise in code quality, debugging, design approaches, and maintainability. • Previous experience with LLM training, AI data annotation, or QA roles is preferred. • C1-level English proficiency for documentation and async communication. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate different approaches and identify root causes. • High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work independently.
