📋 Description
• Conduct judicial and extrajudicial proceedings related to client matters • Participate in judicial reorganization (judicial recovery) and bankruptcy proceedings • Carry out procedures related to the collection of court-awarded attorney's fees • Define legal strategies based on contract analysis and case law • Draft and review legal filings and documents; negotiate judicial and extrajudicial settlements • Monitor procedural deadlines and ensure timely execution of actions • Update legal case management systems with procedural information • Prepare technical reports and critical analyses of litigation portfolios.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree with active OAB registration • Experience in case monitoring and deadline management • Knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Banking Law • Strong legal writing skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with legal systems such as PJe and Projudi • Specialization courses or postgraduate studies in areas related to Civil Law.
